1. The scholarship selection is conducted in autumn every year, and the international students who meet the application conditions stipulated in the Regulations shall apply to the Foreign Affairs Office within the specified time.

2. The Foreign Affairs Office will summarize the results of the students and collect the selection materials, including transcripts, international students' performance in the apartment, daily behavior, HSK results, social practice activities, various awards, etc.

3. The evaluation team of international student scholarship consisting of the Foreign Affairs Office, the Academic Affairs Office, the Academic Affairs Office and the relevant second-level schools will review the candidates’ materials and determine the list of winners, submit it to the college for approval and then publicize it.

4. The Foreign Affairs Office will issue a document to announce the list of students who have received the scholarship and commend them.

5. For students who have already received scholarships, if they are found to have committed fraud, deception, etc., once verified, their honors will be revoked, the scholarships that have been issued will be recovered, and corresponding disciplinary punishments will be imposed.
